You Do Not Have to Be a Victim!!  Take Steps Now To Empower Yourself 

Be Prepared to Prevent Something From Occuring.

Susan B. Anthony wrote “A woman must not depend upon the protection of man, but must be taught to protect herself."

Parental Recommendation:  From one parent to another if you are searching for Women's Self Defense for your Spouse, Daughter, Niece,  etc, start preparing her as soon as you can.  The sooner she starts, the more she’ll retain and the better she'll be able to protect herself.  

There are No Magic Pills or Magic Programs to make anyone unstoppable overnight. Time and Practice is Required to fully understand and perform the techniques without thinking or freezing. If anyone tells you otherwise run as far away and as fast as you can.

There are 2 and 3 hour programs out there and yes we teach one, however we personally am not a big fan of them, but we will give you the best we can for 2 or 3 hours. Then why do we do teach them? Sometimes people think after 2 or 3 hours, they can take anything on but there's much more than just punching and kicking, there's the mental attributes. 

We Have 4 Progam Options that you can choose from:

Option 1 – 3 Hour Women's Basic Self Defense Program –  This is a basic program that will teach you basic skill level techniques and scenarios. 

        Option Number 1 –  can be scheduled in several different formats. 

  • Private
  • Private Groups  
  • House Party
  • Place of Worship
  • Open Group  

 Option 2 – 12 Hour Women's Self Defense Program. This is a much better program then Option 1 or those 2 to 3 hour Seminars. This program will help you develop a better:  Skill Level, Self Defense Muscle Memory and how to deal with various scenarios. as well as dealing with FEAR. This is the course that is scheduled in Three Village CSD Continuing Education. 

Option 3 –  New Program, Much Higher Level  (new as of 7/17) – is scheduled for every Sunday at 12 Noon for 1 Hour.  This program will develop a higher: Skill Level, much better Self Defense Muscle Memory as well Controling your FEAR to overcome situations it will also include some fitness requirements.  This Program is NOT TIME SPECIFC – but we recommended a minimum of 5 to 6 months. After completing the 5 to 6 months the decision to continue or not is totally up to you, however you should feel comfortable enough to defend yourself before you stop.    

Option 4 –  Self Defense for College Bound Students –  This program is also on Sunday at 12 Noon for 1 Hour.  What they will learn in Option 4 is similiar to Option 3 in Skill Level,  Self Defense Muscle Memory as well Controling your FEAR to overcome situations.  I would highly try and recommend a minimum of 5 months (bare minimum is 3 months) of training.  Your child means the world to you and the first two years of college are the most dangerous to them. 

We understand our Programs requires a commitment, But Isn't Your Safety Worth It?  We Think It Is!!! Don't you?

A Study Taken in 2015:  Women trained in self-defense far less likely to be sexually assaulted.
