Walter Godin

Walter Godin began training with William Chow when he (Godin) was 18 years old. Godin also trained in the Kajukenbo system under the Emperados. In 1961, Mr. Godin started the "Godin's School of Self Defense" in Kaimuki, Hawaii, teaching Chinese Kempo Karate.  In December of 1973, GM William Chow promoted Godin to the rank of Professor. GM Godin with his Brother In-Law Sonny Gascon founded Karazempo.  Two of their students were Professor Feliciano “Kimo” Ferreira and John Hackleman.
